The Piarist School Phone and SMS Policies

During the Fall of 2025, The Piarist School will introduce a new telephone system.  

Our provider will give each employee, faculty and staff, a separate direct line phone number.  We ask that our students and parents use this direct line to contact any of our faculty or staff.  The new system will keep a log of every call or text made to or from the direct line phone numbers.  In addition, members of our faculty and staff will have the right and ability to record any conversation made through the direct line phone numbers.

Students under the age of 13 will not have access to SMS messages through this system.  Students over the age of 13 but under the age of 18 will be required to have signed parental permission to send or receive SMS messages through this system.  Students over the age of 18 and all parents will need to sign a form giving them access to SMS messages through this system.

We greatly appreciate the cooperation of our students and parents as we introduce this new form of communication.
